Shivronix Technologies designs, develops, tests, markets, and maintains software solutions, including enterprise software, consumer applications, web-based solutions, mobile applications, cloud computing services, artificial intelligence systems, and data analytics software. We also operate an over-the-top (OTT) digital platform offering entertainment, educational, and informational content; develop and manage mobile and desktop utility applications; and provide pre-recorded online courses.

Certain Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Shivronix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our software and utility applications for your personal or internal business use. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software provided by us, except where permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute our software without written authorization.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or license identifiers.
• Use the software to build a competing product or service.

Access to our OTT platform is provided on a subscription or pay-per-access basis, as applicable. Content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not record, redistribute, publicly display, or make available any streamed content without our express written permission. Content availability, catalogues, and live event schedules may change without notice due to licensing arrangements with content partners.

Pre-recorded courses are made available for personal learning use only upon purchase or subscription. Course materials, videos, and downloadable resources are protected by copyright and may not be shared, resold, or distributed outside your individual account. Access duration (e.g., lifetime, annual, or limited-term access) will be specified at the time of purchase.

Prices for software licenses, OTT subscriptions, app purchases, and courses are displayed at the point of purchase and are subject to change without prior notice for future billing cycles. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, or violation of these Terms.

Refunds and cancellations for software licenses, OTT subscriptions, utility apps, and online courses are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload or transmit harmful, abusive, offensive, or misleading content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, source code, servers, or other users' accounts.
• Introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt or interfere with the security or functionality of the Services.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without written permission.

All content on our platform (including software code, logos, trademarks, UI designs, course materials, streamed content we own or license, graphics, and text) is the exclusive property of Shivronix Technologies or its licensors, and is protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy & Cookies Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

We aim to keep our software, OTT platform, and course portal available at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party hosting or CDN issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shivronix Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our software, OTT platform, utility apps, courses, or related Services.

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (payment gateways, cloud providers, content partners, app stores). We do not endorse and are not responsible for the practices, content, or terms of such third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, without prior notice, where we determine a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, infringed intellectual property rights, or posed a security risk to our platform or other users.

We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
